Your Hiring House!

“BP” Floater Staffing provided recruitment services to Calgary’s businesses, filling administrative, industrial, hospitality, technical, and professional positions. (*BP BETTER PERFORMERS)

  • Note from the Founder:

Technology over the last 5 years allows individuals to create persuasive cover letters and resumes which may not truly reflect that person’s true suitability for employment. This has contributed towards difficult candidate selection.

Current statistics suggest that just 5 out of 100 applicants are hired by our industry. Identifying that productive five percent requires time, effort, unique evaluation methods, and, above all, experience.

After placing more than 20,000 individuals, we see beyond the traditional cover letter and resume.

Stable management ensures that our process is consistent. As a forward thinking company, we continually adopt new thinking to deliver our core competency economically and effectively.

We partner with the top 25% of workers, and are able to attract these candidates based on our reputation, skills and successes.
